Church Town
As its name suggests the Church Town village within Coleorton incudes St Mary's on the A512 built in 1992/3 as a by-pass through Coleorton. The church is now separated from Church Town and the old Ashby Road by the new by-pass.
There are several old properties in Church Town and also The War Memorial, which previously stood outside the Alms Houses, The Rectory, Viscount Beaumont's School and St John's mortuary Chapel and cemetery.
